Making the unconscious conscious. For over 11 years, I’ve helped people understand their past and themselves on a deeper level, so that they can feel more freedom, clarity, and presence in their lives.
About me
Many people come to therapy because they find themselves in the same emotional or relationship patterns despite their best efforts to change (with their partners, parents, friends, work, etc.)
I am an accredited psychotherapist with over 11 years of experience working with individuals and couples. My particular interest lies in helping people understand the deeper emotional patterns that influence how they relate to themselves and others.
This includes:
- anxiety
- self-esteem
- grief
- relationship difficulties
- addiction
- attachment issues
- family dynamics
- emotional regulation
I have worked in private practice, universities, addiction treatment services, and employee wellbeing programmes, supporting people with a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges.
I work with both individuals and couples, both short-term and long-term, creating a collaborative, non-judgemental space where lasting change can take place. I work with both short-term and long-term clients.
My approach draws from psychodynamic therapy, attachment theory, family systems thinking, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). In practice, this means we explore not only what coping strategies can help you in today, but also how past experiences may continue to shape your thoughts, emotions, and relationships. Sessions are collaborative, reflective, and tailored to your individual needs.
Some people attend therapy to navigate a specific challenge, while others are looking for a deeper exploration of long-standing emotional, relational, or behavioural patterns. Together, we can decide what approach best fits your needs.
