About me
I’m Fiona, and I’m here to help you explore whatever you may be struggling with. I am a person-centred talking therapist and allow sessions to be led by my clients.
If you’re ready to talk, I’m listening with open ears. I understand how important the relationship between client and therapist is, so I always ensure you feel able to build trust with me.
I have particular experience supporting clients with:
- Autism
- ADHD
- Neurodivergence
But whether you’re neurodivergent or neurotypical, we can still build a trusting relationship, and I can help you work through whatever’s on your mind.
I regularly complete training/CPD (continued professional development) as a registered member of the BACP. I’m currently working towards accreditation.
I provide a judgement-free space for you to develop your sense of self through sharing thoughts and feelings. I endeavour to help you bring some control back to your life.
Qualifications & experience
- Diploma in Counselling
- Level 3 in Autism
- BA Honours in Social Sciences
- Member of BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy)
- National ‘Train the Trainer Programme’ in Autism with Anna Freud Clinic
