I offer a friendly and honest therapy experience and can support you with issues around identity (LGBTQIA+), neurodivergence, religious trauma, and common conditions like anxiety and depression. We can work with a variety of non-traditional models including wild therapy and shinrin yoku.
About me
Life can be a struggle in all sorts of ways. My aim is to help you to heal and find how your experience of life can be easier.
I am a counsellor that draws on a variety of models, with an advanced diploma in integrative counselling and a bachelor’s degree in psychological and philosophical studies. I’m also a certified shinrin yoku (forest bathing) practitioner and negative-psychoanalysis practitioner.
I have worked with individuals experiencing some of the following issues:
- Depression
- Anxiety
- Grief
- Work stress
- Identity struggles (LGBTQIA+)
- Autism and neurodivergence
- Emotional abuse
- Low self-esteem
- Existential struggles
- Men's issues
- Religious trauma
My approach is to meet you where you are and collaborate with you on your journey towards health and happiness. I may draw from models including person-centred counselling, existential therapy, gestalt, psychosynthesis, wild therapy, or shinrin yoku.
The most important aspect is really “meeting” you.
