About me
I’m Khalidah, an integrative counsellor with experience working with adults with a range of needs and presenting issues. I take a pluralistic approach to counselling — a collaborative method in which I work in partnership with clients to achieve the best positive changes for them. I use a variety of techniques and tools such as CBT, creative play, role play, mindfulness, journaling, and other person-centred methods. I give particular care and attention to creating a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore all aspects of your life. I aim for you to feel heard, respected, understood and empowered through working with me. Some areas I have expertise in include:

Qualifications & experience
- BA Combined Honours Degree in Psychology and Criminology
- Certificate in Hypnotherapy and Counselling Skills
- Level 5 Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling
- Safeguarding Adults Level 2
- Centre of Excellence Diploma in Grief and Bereavement
- Member of NCPS (The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society)
