I’m an integrative counsellor offering a calm, caring space for children, young people, and adults to talk openly and feel supported at their own pace. I can work with Young People aged 9 and above.
About me
Coming to counselling can feel like a big step. I offer a safe, welcoming space where you can explore whatever is on your mind, without pressure to have the right words or know where to start. Being an integrative counsellor means I don’t use a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I work flexibly, drawing on different ways of working to suit your needs as they change - our work together is shaped around you. My core way of working is person-centred, meaning I value warmth, empathy, and trust at the heart of therapy. Sessions may include talking things through, gentle creative approaches, or practical tools, depending on what feels right for you. I am inclusive and neurodivergent-affirming, and I work in a way that respects each person’s individuality and lived experience. I have experience supporting people across school, clinical, and community settings. I work with children, young people, and adults who may be experiencing:
- Anxiety or low mood
- Big life changes or feeling overwhelmed
- Trauma or difficult past experiences
- Relationship or family difficulties
- Feeling stuck, lost, or disconnected
