If you’re struggling with your relationship, you’ve come to the right place. I can help you navigate whatever difficulties you’re facing, meeting you wherever you are in your life. I provide a safe space where you are heard and can explore what’s going on.
I'm a Relate-trained senior relationship counsellor with extensive experience working with couples and individuals seeking to heal their relationships, whether they’re with a partner, a family member, a work colleague or a friend.
I work dynamically as an integrative counsellor, which means I draw from different models and tailor your sessions to best suit you.
I provide a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space where you can explore, understand and learn to navigate whatever experiences you're facing. I meet you wherever you are in your life, walking alongside you to help you create and sustain meaningful and fulfilling relationships.

I hold a Diploma in Relationship Counselling and bring a wide range of personal experience to my practice. I adhere to the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy’s ethical code of practice, receive regular supervision, I am fully insured and follow a rigorous safeguarding policy.
