About me
I discovered my calling as a person-centred counsellor a few years back, driven by life experiences that prompted reflection on my path and aspirations.
My work is deeply rooted in my natural affinity for people. I find immense satisfaction in empowering my clients to overcome their challenges.
My passion as a person-centred counsellor lies in connecting with people on an empathic, non-judgemental level. I ensure that my clients always stay the central focus of our therapeutic journey, and I believe in the power of highlighting the positives to nurture mental well-being and personal development.
Humour is a powerful tool that can put clients at ease, and I believe in using it when appropriate. I also share relevant personal experiences to offer valuable insights and support the client’s progress, making the therapeutic journey more approachable and relatable.
