I’m a relationship counsellor working with individuals and couples. I’ve been in private practice for 20 years in Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk. During this period, I’ve accumulated over 14,000 clinical hours and have worked with clients on the following issues:
- Poor communication and difficulties around conflict resolution
- Affairs and trust issues
- Bereavement (particularly with young people)
- Separation and the aftermath of divorce
- Low self-esteem
- Blended families
- Life stages and their impact on relationships
- Anxiety
- Depression (mild and clinical)
- Aspects of intimidation and coercive control in couple relationships
- ADHD and ASC

Qualifications & experience
- B.A (Hons)
- WPF 2-year Certificate in Counselling (1998-2000)
- Relate Qualified 2 Year Certificate in Marital and Couple Counselling Theory and Practice (2005)
- Trainer for Separated Parents Information Programme (Cafcass 2015-2018)
- Relate Licensed Practitioner (2007-2025) Including 30 hours of annual CPD and mandatory Safeguarding, Mental Health and Domestic Violence and Abuse Awareness Training.
