About me

I am an integrative counsellor who likes to actively engage in sessions, challenging negative thoughts and empowering people to make desired changes. I work with clients to set healthier boundaries, improve self esteem and embrace change but most importantly, to see their positive strengths and be empowered to take the next steps for themselves.

My aim is to facilitate a deeper understanding of oneself and past experiences, to enable better emotional management and improved relationships. I empower clients to focus on their priorities, aspirations, and take action towards their goals, fostering accountability for their lives.

My goal is to provide a supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and free to express themselves without fear of judgment.
