About me

As a busy woman, keeping the plates spinning, juggling work and home and family and a million other things, it’s easy to lose sight of yourself. you feel overwhelmed not good enough unsure who you are any more, or what the point is. you feel stressed out, your confidence has taken a nosedive, you put everyone else first, you worry what everyone else thinks and you don’t know how much longer you can cope with feeling like this. Maybe you have past experiences that you’ve never dealt with (but you know they still affect you).

Maybe you’re going through changes in your life (sometimes they’re positive, but they’re still stressful, right?). Perhaps your relationships are suffering (the people around you are feeling the impact of your struggles) It’s heavy stuff right? You don’t want to carry on like this – for the next year, five years, ten years…You want to feel more confident – at work, at home, in your social life. You want to trust in your own judgement – and forget about what others think. You want to be able to communicate with those close to you more clearly, to have better, more equal, genuine relationships.

You want to work out who YOU are and what YOU want out of life – and stop letting the past or your fears hold you back from being happy. I’ve worked with women who have experienced challenges just like this, who have grown to like themselves, improve their relationships, and to feel better. Not only that… I’ve been there.

I ran my own business, and worked for a number of years in a large corporate, juggling work and family life with my physical and mental health – so I understand how you feel, and I know how hard it can be to reach out and ask for help. I won’t give advice or tell you what to do (I trust that you know what’s best for you!) but I will hold your hand every step of the way as you go on a journey to find the life you want and deserve.
