About me
I discovered my calling as a person-centred counsellor a few years back, driven by life experiences that prompted reflection on my path and aspirations. I have a natural affinity for people and derive immense satisfaction from empowering my clients to overcome their challenges.
My passion is connecting with people on an empathic, non-judgemental level, ensuring they remain the central focus of our therapeutic journey. I emphasize highlighting the positives to nurture mental well-being and personal development. I often find humour can put clients at ease and like to use it when appropriate.
Additionally, I may share relevant personal experiences if I believe they can offer valuable insights and support the client’s progress.
