I’m looking for:

At Now You’re Talking, we provide counselling and therapy services that offer you choice, flexibility, and assurance.

We offer Counselling and Psychotherapy, Relationship Counselling, Sex Therapy, and Children and Young People’s Counselling.

40 years of supporting people in complex situations through our charity has helped us build a trusted and professional service that emphasises social value. Wellbeing is our number one priority.

All of our therapists are registered with an appropriate professional body and provide support for people dealing with a broad spectrum of issues.

Customer-focused care with you in control

We have a wide range of therapists to choose from. You can select your therapist based on their areas of expertise, location, and types of therapy offered.

Some of the issues we specialise in include anxiety, depression, bereavement, relationship difficulties, sexual difficulties, spirituality, sexuality, and gender. Whatever you’re going through, we provide the support you need to move forward.

If you can’t find the information you need online, our friendly support team are happy to help you find a therapist that meets your requirements.

Help support others while we support you

We operate as a profit-for-purpose organisation. This means the profit we generate is donated to our charity, TLC: Talk, Listen, Change, to fund services that offer support for domestic abuse, mental health, and other issues.

TLC is a national relationships charity that supports people to improve their emotional wellbeing and personal resilience through safe, healthy, happy relationships.

When you choose us as your therapy provider, you’re helping someone who may need extra assistance to access a positive pathway to change.

For more information on our charity and the services we deliver, visit the TLC: Talk, Listen, Change website.
