I’m Annie, an integrative therapist with a deep commitment to helping my clients thrive.

Being an integrative therapist means drawing on different therapeutic theories to tailor my approach to each individual client’s needs. If you choose counselling with me, your sessions will be customised to meet your unique goals.

Seeking therapy can be daunting so I strive to create a welcoming and nonjudgmental environment that’s comfortable for you to share your concerns.

My style is characterised by empathy, authenticity, and a deep belief in the power of working collaboratively, therapist and client, to create a trusting environment for healing and growth.

I have specialist experience working with addiction and have previously been a recovery support worker in drug and alcohol services.

Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling - BACP Approved Practitioner
Level 3 Certificate in Counselling Studies
Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills
Approved practitioner of BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy)
