As an integrative psychotherapist, I provide a safe to explore yourself and your perceived place in the world. I’ve helped people work through relationship and family issues, addiction, and developmental trauma.
About Me
Hi, I’m Anthony. I’m a registered member of the BACP with a BSc Degree in Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counselling. My approach is grounded in person-centred and relational therapy, but I also utilise elements of CBT and Transactional Analysis. My work can be both exploratory and insight-based, as well as more structured where it is helpful.
I hold experience working with adults, supporting issues such as addiction, anxiety, low mood, trauma, and relationship difficulties. My work has included both one-to-one and group therapies, where I’ve focused on building trust, emotional safety, and meaningful connection.
Through counselling, I have supported people with the following issues:
- addiction
- ASD
- anxiety
- depression
- developmental trauma
- relationship issues
- family issues
- difficult work dynamics
I have over 20 years’ experience prior to my time as a counsellor working in addiction services, including detox and rehab facilities, and in the NHS. I’ve worked with victim-survivors of sexual abuse and with neurodiverse clients.
I see therapy as a collaborative process. Together, we can explore patterns, develop insight into your issues, and support change in a way that feels manageable and authentic to you. I always offer a safe, non-judgemental space where we can explore your experiences at your pace.
