I’m Barira, and I bring different therapeutic practices together for each client to ensure you gain the full benefit of therapy. I understand the value of cultural competency and explore unique systems within my work. My foundation is person-centred practice, but I’m also experienced delivering CBT and trauma-informed therapy.
