About me

I am a qualified therapist with a postgraduate diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling and a Relate Level 5 Certificate in Relational Counselling. I have six years’ experience working with clients.

My work draws on a range of therapeutic models, including person-centred, psychodynamic, attachment, cognitive behavioural, and systemic therapy. These approaches also inform my couples work.

I work in a supportive and collaborative way, offering a safe space to explore thoughts, feelings, and emotions. I have experience working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Outside of my work, I value the importance of supporting my own mental health. I enjoy spending time outdoors walking and running, stand-up paddle boarding, and taking weekends away in my caravan. I also practise mindfulness and Pilates, which help inform my grounded and reflective approach to therapy.
