About me

Hi, I'm Gillian. I’m a therapist that uses practice grounded in empathy, understanding, and respect.

I understand how therapy can and should be for you, as going through therapy led me into the practice myself. Therapy changed my life, and I want to support you to overcome obstacles in yours.

I believe that clients are the experts of their own lives, and thus I will allow you to lead sessions with whatever you want to talk about. Using a pluralistic counselling approach, I work collaboratively with clients to explore experiences and challenges in a safe, supportive space.

Sessions will move at your pace, with time to talk openly and feel heard.
