Hazel Miranda Jones
Adults’ therapy
Works with a wide range of issues including anxiety, childhood trauma, abuse, and identity. Special interest in working with neurodiversity and alternative lifestyles.
About Me
I use a person-centred approach to counselling that is non-diagnostic. I am friendly, down to earth, and a little odd and alternative, which helps me to recognise how each of us sees and experiences the world differently.
I like to work collaboratively with clients towards lasting growth and change. I value each person as an individual without preconception and see every relationship as unique, without judgement.
I have a personal interest in neurodiversity, alternative lifestyles and belief systems, and through my creative, mindful and holistic approach, I consistently achieve positive outcomes with those who have not had good experiences of therapy in the past.
Most recently, I have worked with vulnerable adults on a range of issues including bereavement, identity, sexual abuse, trauma and life-threatening illness within a context of deprivation, debt and homelessness.
