About me

Hello! I'm Jean, a friendly and approachable counsellor with training in integrative counselling.

I’m particularly passionate about supporting those who have experience with cancer, whether as a patient, survivor, caregiver, or loved one to someone who has been diagnosed. This work is deeply personal and meaningful to me.

I also support people with a wide range of issues including:

• Anxiety and panic
• Depression and low mood
• Stress and burnout
• Loss and grief
• Relationship challenges
• Major life changes
• I have specialist experience working with people affected by cancer in any capacity, understanding the unique challenges this brings.

  I offer flexibility in how we meet - face-to-face sessions, online video, telephone, or outdoor sessions (for women only) - so you can choose what feels most comfortable.
