I aim to create a warm and supportive space. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and client-led, focusing on helping you build resilience, self-awareness, and emotional wellbeing.
About me
I have ten years of experience supporting individuals through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. I hold a degree in Psychotherapy and am currently completing a Master’s in Psychology of Mental Health and Wellbeing, further deepening my understanding of human behaviour and mental health.
My practice is pluralistic, meaning I draw from different therapeutic approaches to ensure each session is tailored to your unique needs. While my work is primarily informed by Person-Centred Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), I have also received training in several other therapeutic modalities. This flexibility allows me to adapt the process to suit your goals, preferences, and circumstances.
Some of the issues I can support you with include:
- Anxiety
- Low mood
- Trauma
- Self-harm
- Domestic violence
- Self-esteem difficulties
- Neurodevelopmental challenges
I currently work within the NHS, providing therapeutic support to both adults and children. Previously, I have worked across various counties and organisations, offering counselling and emotional support to people from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
If you’re looking for a therapist who offers a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel valued and empowered, please get in touch.
