Louise Riedl
Adults’ therapy
I am a specialist in bereavement and loss, but I can also help with common workplace and career-related issues. I can support you to feel ready to move forward.
About me
I offer a safe, supportive, and confidential space where you can talk openly, explore what’s happening, and find a way forward that feels right for you.
My approach is warm, grounded, and empathetic, professional but never clinical, so you can feel at ease being yourself. Each session is tailored to your needs, drawing on a blend of counselling methods to suit your personality and situation.
I have specialist training and extensive experience in bereavement and loss, gained through my work with a leading UK bereavement charity and a local hospice. I understand how deeply personal grief is and offer gentle, compassionate support to help you navigate your path through loss.
With a background in recruitment, I also understand how much of an impact work can have on mental wellbeing.
Some of my specialist areas include:
· workplace pressure
· career transition
· stress and burnout
· conflict
· anxiety
· self-confidence issues
· relationships challenges
· major life transitions
· loss and bereavement
Life can feel overwhelming at times, but I provide a supportive space to restore balance, purpose, and wellbeing.
Every story is unique. Together, we can work at your pace to help you feel more grounded, understood, and ready to move forward.
