About me

I’m Louise, a person-centred counsellor offering a gentle, grounded space where you can pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. I like to work with warmth, curiosity, and a belief in each person’s innate capacity to heal and grow.

I welcome clients who need support navigating life’s complexities, such as:

My work is grounded in authenticity and supported by the ethical framework of the BACP. I offer a space where your story can be heard with an empathetic ear and without judgement. I can support you to move at your own pace, discover new clarity, and gently strengthen the relationship you have with yourself.

I hold a CPCAB Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and work with Cruse Bereavement and Mind. I am also finalising my degree in psychological studies, which enriches my understanding of the wider social, emotional, and relational landscapes that shape us.

I believe therapy should feel like a compassionate meeting place — steady, encouraging, and centred on the client’s own wisdom, shaped by their unique life experiences.

  • Certificate in Online and Telephone Counselling
  • Experience with working with Cruse  Bereavement
  •  Experience with working with Mind
