About me

I work with couples and individuals, both online and in-person in central Cambridge and Central London (5 minutes from Euston station).

I have significant experience in helping couples respond to affairs, relationships that are stuck, and assisting couples where one of more partners are neurodivergent.

The issues I commonly help with include:

• Communication difficulties and chronic recurring conflict
• Infidelity, broken trust, and secrecy
• Parenting challenges and life transitions
• Intimacy issues, including changes in sexual connection
• The impact of neurodivergent traits on individuals and relationships

Qualifications & experience

• Relate qualified - Diploma in Relationship Counselling
• Individual Counselling - Certificate in Psychodynamic Counselling Skills.
• Level 5 Counselling and Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body (CPCAB) - Counselling and Psychotherapy
• Clinical experience and continuing professional development with Relate London and Relate Cambridgeshire.
• Accredited Registrant Member - National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS)
