Adults’ therapy
Adapts an integrative approach—grounded in Person-Centred Therapy and CBT—to support a wide range of clients, promoting emotional well-being through empathy, collaboration, and practical strategies.
About me
As a compassionate therapist, I offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. I work integratively, combining a Person-Centred Approach with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), offering both empathetic support and practical tools to manage negative thoughts, build resilience, and create meaningful change.
My counselling journey began with Age UK, supporting middle-aged and older adults through grief, anxiety, depression, and life stress. Now in private practice, I offer both remote and face-to-face sessions for adults of all ages and cultural backgrounds.
Whether you’re facing anxiety, low mood, stress, or life transitions, my aim is to support and empower you towards greater self-awareness, confidence, and emotional well-being.
