About me

Hello I’m Sarah,

I love supporting and enabling my clients to heal, grow and become their true self. I believe that counselling is a journey and when I work with a client, I am on that journey with them. I am very committed to ensuring my clients receive the right support for their needs.

I am trained in person-centred counselling and psychotherapy, I also use other counselling approaches, and adapt to meet the needs of my clients. I have over 20 years of experience, including within the NHS, of offering support to people in various settings.
