Are you feeling overwhelmed, unsure of your life direction, and in need of some support? I’m here to help you gain more self-awareness and develop better mental wellbeing.
About Me
I’m Suzanne, a BACP registered Humanistic Integrative Counsellor working from a holistic person-centred modality.
Sometimes, it is difficult moving forward when you are dealing with unresolved trauma and events that might have happened in your life. You may be facing new challenges, a relationship breakdown, loss of identity through job loss or midlife changes.
In therapy, I can help you unpack the intrusive thoughts, feelings and emotions that come with these issues. Together, we can put a stop to them occupying your head space. I can help you explore, talk, and reflect in a non-judgmental space.
Therapeutic techniques I can support you with include CBT, ACT, and mindfulness. I always take a calm and gentle approach. I am here to help you gain more self-awareness, personal growth and ultimately better mental well-being.
Taking that first step in seeking help can often be daunting, but I’ll be right there working alongside you.
