Hello, my name is Tracey. I specialise in working with a wide range of relationship issues that can have a huge impact on your daily life.

I offer in-person sessions in Southend, Essex as well as online sessions. I can also offer a one-off session if there’s something in particular you need to focus on. Solution-focused therapy can help you find a more immediate solution for a single issue in life.
