I’m an experienced person-centred counsellor with experience supporting clients who are dealing with anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, family relationship problems, and women’s issues.
About me
I can offer a safe and confidential space for you to explore whatever is troubling you.
I’m an integrative counsellor, which means I use different modalities tailored individually to each client.
I am experienced in supporting people with a range of issues including:
- Grief/Loss
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Self-esteem issues
- Suicidal ideation
- Family relationships
- Women’s issues
I hold a Level 6 diploma in integrative counselling and I am a member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy). I also have a safeguarding qualification for working with adults.
Before becoming a counsellor, I was a Samaritans volunteer for many years. Today, I am a volunteer counsellor at my local hospice.
