Adults’ and Young Peoples' therapy
About me
I’m a compassionate and supportive counsellor, providing a safe, confidential space for exploring challenging emotions and experiences. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels comfortable for you, giving your emotions a voice and helping you move toward healing.
I focus on building self-awareness and confidence, empowering you to challenge your inner critic and nurture self-esteem. My work often supports those who have experienced toxic parenting, abuse, or low self-worth. I also work with adults and teens on navigating ADHD, neurodiversity, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, BPD (borderline personality disorder), anger, or physical disabilities.
I incorporate exposure therapy techniques where appropriate, helping you gradually confront and overcome fears in a safe and controlled way.
Counselling is a courageous step, and I’m here to guide and support you on your path to growth, healing, and self-discovery.
