I’m looking for:

Rigorous checks and verifications

We hand-pick our therapists and know every one of them well.

Our vetting process is meticulous and consists of two steps:

Step 1.
The paperwork

Before we allow a therapist onto our books, they must give us all the evidence to prove they’re qualified to practise. And we have a system in place that alerts us if anything lapses. We thoroughly check:

  • Educational certificates
  • Memberships of professional bodies
  • Safeguarding qualifications
  • DBS certificate
  • Insurance status

We carefully vet every professional, so you can focus on getting the support you need.

Step 2.
Experience and values

Once all the paperwork is in, we set up a video call with the therapist to gather evidence that they can offer the kind of therapy they say they can. This may include discussing their previous experience, their approach to therapy, and their understanding of the issues they’ll be dealing with.

During the call, we also look for strong evidence that the therapist’s values align with ours, so we can be completely confident that your wellbeing is their number one priority.
